What is GROWTH Coaching?

The GROWTH Coaching Model is the foundation for our coaching approach. It is an extension of the GROW model developed by Sir John Whitmore in the 1990s. It is an effective approach to clarifying professional goals and developing a pathway to achieving successful outcomes.

Shaun Healy is a fully accredited coach with Growth Coaching International.

How much does it cost?

We have a range of packages to choose from from 1:1 tailored coaching to small group sessions. Schedule a call and we can discuss a package that is right for your budget!

What is the time commitment?

Each session is 1 hour in length and takes place over a video conferencing platform.

Our Launch Session lasts for 75 minutes to enable enough time for getting to know you, your goals and providing an orientation of the coaching process.

For optimum outcomes we recommend a rhythm of regular,monthly sessions.
